Rod was fantastic!
Rod Stewart was spectacular as usual, then when Jeff Beck came and rocked out it was great! A great night, fun and energetic. However, it was a bit strange that he didn’t even say goodnight, bye, or an encore - just left and lights came on. Hollywood itself was out of control getting in and out that night, especially getting in. I am a frequent concert goer, and it’s never taken me that long to get into a venue. I was just at Barry Manilow a few weeks prior and I had used the side elevator entrance, and I was in the venue in 5 minutes. This time probably 35 minutes. Very unorganized. Of course, after the concert, if you leave with the herd you’re stuck, but there really needs to be a better system.
